Wentworth’s voice vendor, Microsoft, pushed an update to the matching format used when identifying which user to send a call to. The format no longer matched what Wentworth’s phone system was sending, and this caused all calls to be redirected to Wentworth’s main number. DTS had to update the number format for everyone in the college, and this resolved the issue.

Engineers have acknowledged a service interruption for calling certain departments, calls are being redirected to the campus main number. This includes Wentworth Police phone lines, please contact them at their alternative number (857)-366-0571 if you need assistance.
