Blackboard Managed Hosting will be performing an upgrade on our production environment to prepare for the upcoming term. The system will be unavailable during the maintenance window starting at 9:30 AM and completing by 9:30 PM on December 19, 2019.
Due to the urgency of this issue and the availability of timeslots from the vendor, it was scheduled outside of our normal maintenance windows.
