Scheduled
In order to maintain a high level of service and security on our wireless network, a necessary security certificate update must be performed.

What do I need to know?
On Friday, 12/14 at 9 AM we will update a security certificate for the eduroam wireless network. You can expect minimal disruption from this change. Depending upon your device and operating system, you may be prompted to accept the new security certificate. There are no impacts to the wired network or LeopardGuest guest wireless network.

What do I need to do?
Once the change is made, your devices may prompt to accept a new certificate or ask that you expect to find 'eduroam' in this area. Clicking allow or accept should quickly allow you to connect. In rare cases, you may need to re-enter your email address and password. Help connecting to eduroam.

Why are you making this changed during the day?
Due to the timing with finals exams and the expiration date of the existing certificate, we are making this change outside of our normally scheduled service windows. This decision was made in order to ensure the Tech Spot is available to support you after the change is made.
