Monitoring
All ID cards have been updated for access to the Follow-Me-Printers. Engineers are continuing to monitor the service and we will confirm once it has been fully tested. Cards that newly issued become active in the system no more then an hour after being issued.

Engineers have acknowledged a service interruption Follow-Me-Printing that is preventing some people from releasing jobs after using a newly printed ID.

We expect this issue to be resolved in the next two hours updates will be posted as they become available.
