Our phone line vendor has identified a fault and must perform maintenance in order to maintain their services. As a result our incoming and outgoing campus phone lines will be unavailable between June 15th at 7:00 PM and June 11th at 5:00 AM.
During this work: * Public Safety's emergency number, 617-989-4444, will be forwarded to a backup system and remain available. * The after-hours counseling line through the Center for Wellness will be unavailable. Any student needing emergency mental health counseling during this time should contact Public Safety's emergency number, 617-989-4444. * Zoom and Teams calls will continue to operate normally using the computer audio option.
