User Impact: During this time window there will be one or more outages for the entire campus and may be intermittent outages of scattered areas. All network based services will be impacted, including Internet, Blackboard, email, and Xfinity on Campus.

Action Required: After service is restored, your device should automatically reconnect. If it doesn't, we recommend restarting it and ensuring the wireless network is turned on and/or wired network cable is connected.

Purpose: We will be conducing an upgrade of core network infrastructure to ensure we continue to provide quality, reliable Internet service. 

We regularly schedule updates to systems to maintain a high level of service. They may include security patches, feature upgrades, or both. To minimize disruptions, we use pre-determined time windows whenever possible. Learn more at https://wit.edu/tech-services/policies/service-windows
