A server issue caused slow performance for users attempting to release their print job at a Follow Me Printing location or access the web application to view or update their printing balance. The root cause was determined to be a software bug introduced as part of a new feature to track and bill 3D Printing requests for certain departments. The issue was permanently resolved on 1/5/19.
