Intermittent Phone Service Issue

We have confirmed with our campus phone carrier that an event occurred on their network which may have impacted our phone service between 11:30 AM and 2:47 PM. At this time it is unclear of the exact impact as we received only one Help Desk contact and logs show many successfully completed calls. At this time full service is available.
